Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your ReelMap account and every piece of data associated with it, directly in the app — no email or waiting period required.

Steps

• 1. Open ReelMap on your device.
• 2. Go to the Nearby tab and tap the gear icon (top corner) to open Settings.
• 3. Tap Delete account & map (under "Danger zone").
• 4. Read the confirmation, type the confirmation word, and tap the final delete button.

What gets deleted

• Every spot you saved (the pins, venue details, and creator credits)
• Your account and sign-in identities (Apple, Google, or email)
• Your consent records and usage counters

Deletion is immediate and permanent — ReelMap keeps no copy. Spots cannot be restored afterwards.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email support@getreelmap.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account for you.
